i) Graduation (second division) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission; and ii) Computer literate. iii) Amongst Senior Clerks and Junior Clerks with 03 years regular service in Board of Revenue and other offices subordinate to the Board of Revenue which are as under:- 1) Colonies Department. 2) Consolidation of Holdings Department. 3) Disaster Management Department. 4) Revenue Department. 5) Directorate of Land Records. 6) Directorate of Kachi Abadies. 7) Punjab Privatization Board. 8) Offices of all Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners in the Punjab.
